I have held all the positions as night watchman, head concierge, head of reception, up to hotel GM or hospitality management position for the Lille University Hospital since 1994.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I trained in business management and marketing at I\u00c9SEG<\/strong> in Lille, in skills management at CNAM<\/strong> in Dijon, in Transactional Analysis at ATORG<\/strong> in Paris. But also to the formation of multi-site teams, to project or change support. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was able to apply my skills in matrix structures like the University Hospital of Lille<\/strong>, large hotel groups like MILLENNIUM<\/strong> hotels & Springs, CONCORDE<\/strong> or M\u00d6VENPICK<\/strong> or small copanies or family hotel groups like H\u00f4tels Paris Rive Gauche<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These experiences allow me to adapt my advice, training or support in multiple situations, both in French and in English, to multicultural audiences.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am committed to Professional Excellence with the creation and development of the Receptionist class in the hotel industry of one of the best workers in France: MOF<\/strong> Reception or with my commitment to AICR <\/strong>Paris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I offer to intervene in hospitality or commercial for ERP projects as: training engineering, Human Ressources, pricing, distribution or change management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Management, skills development, creation of a pricing and distribution policy and change management are some of my favorite topics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
