I have held all the positions as night watchman, head concierge, head of reception, up to hotel GM or hospitality management position for the Lille University Hospital since 1994.
I trained in business management and marketing at IÉSEG in Lille, in skills management at CNAM in Dijon, in Transactional Analysis at ATORG in Paris. But also to the formation of multi-site teams, to project or change support.
I was able to apply my skills in matrix structures like the University Hospital of Lille, large hotel groups like MILLENNIUM hotels & Springs, CONCORDE or MÖVENPICK or small copanies or family hotel groups like Hôtels Paris Rive Gauche.
These experiences allow me to adapt my advice, training or support in multiple situations, both in French and in English, to multicultural audiences.
I am committed to Professional Excellence with the creation and development of the Receptionist class in the hotel industry of one of the best workers in France: MOF Reception or with my commitment to AICR Paris.
I offer to intervene in hospitality or commercial for ERP projects as: training engineering, Human Ressources, pricing, distribution or change management.
